How much will I be paid?

If you’re not local to London and from a UK University, we will cover your travel expenses and provide you with accommodation in London during your time with us.

What’s the deadline for applications?

Applications for this programme are now closed.

If my application is successful, when would I start?

Our Spring Insight Programme will run from 2nd to 5th of April. Make sure you check your term dates carefully before choosing which programme to apply to.

I’m not a first-year student. Can I still apply?

The Spring Insight Programme is for those in their first-year, or the second-year of a four year course. If you are in your penultimate year or later, consider our Summer Internships or Future Leaders Development Programme.

What provisions do you make for candidates with a disability?

We judge applicants on their ability and nothing else, and we work hard to help those with disabilities as much as possible. There’s a section on the application form where you can tell us if you need special adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Please contact us to find out more. Can I start my online application form and then come back to it later?

Yes – there’s a facility to save your application.

Can I get a paper copy of the application form?

Yes, although we’d rather you apply online if possible, simply because we receive and process online applications faster. We can send you a paper form in exceptional circumstances and it won’t harm your application. Email the FLDP Recruitment team at barclaysrecruitment@tmpw.co.uk to ask for a paper or Braille form. Alternatively, you can also call us on 0845 199 1602.

If I am successful on the programme, what happens next?

You will be given an opportunity to impress our business leaders; if you do well here you could be fast-tracked to the assessment stage for a place on our Summer Internships the following year.

How many vacancies are there?

We’re looking for around 20 students to join us on the Spring Insight Programme this year.

Where will I be based?

The programme will run at our Global Headquarters, One Churchill Place, in Canary Wharf, London.
