The Barclays Internship Programme is not like any other banking internship, so expect your eight weeks to fly by. Although you will apply to join one area of the bank, you’ll have the chance to explore other areas of the organisation through day rotations and plenty of opportunity to talk and learn from Interns and Graduates across the business.

All this together with our weekly master-classes ensure that in just eight weeks, you’ll develop a good overview of the bank as a whole and really start to understand how such a large and varied organisation operates.
