Application Stage

First you need to fill in our online application form. Take your time on the questions as what you tell us about your personal achievements, academic background and work-related experiences will help us decide if we’re suited to each other. And don’t forget to attach a one page copy of your CV.

Online testing

If we like what we read, we'll ask you to complete some online tests that check your numerical skills. Pass and we’ll invite you to take our verbal testing. Pass this and we’ll invite you to an assessment centre.

Assessment centres

These are usually held at our Global Headquarters in Canary Wharf but can also be held at locations around the UK. They involve verbal and numerical testing, group exercises and interviews.

Everyone receives feedback from us as a result of the Internship so, successful or not, you will certainly gain invaluable experience from the process.

If you are successful and gain a place on our programme, your assessment centre feedback will give you a great starting point for your development throughout the programme. From there, you’ll be given the support, encouragement and opportunities you need  to be a true success in a short space of time.
