Of course we look for a strong academic background, but Tax is about more than numbers and the right attitude is just as important as a quick brain.
You must be the kind of person who asks questions and makes suggestions and who has the drive and initiative to improve on what’s gone before. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a real impact on our business.
Specifically, you’ll need:
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- 300 UCAS points minimum
- Good level of numeracy.
- A desire to succeed in a world-class financial organisation.
- A real interest in how businesses work.
- Team skills and a flair for forming quality relationships.
- Intellectual rigour with the ability to analyse problems and reach solutions.
- The drive and organisational skills to set goals and achieve them.
- Ability to work hard, study hard and have lots of fun along the way.
